This is how our clubhouse looked in November 2008. As you can readily see the task ahead of the members was daunting. Not only has the site to be cleared for access but then there is the task of securing the structure of the building. Once these two have been established then there is the internal fitting and refurbishment of the building to be done.
Only when this is complete can we hope to open our doors to the public and show the artefacts and skills that are preserved here for the benefit of all.
